With a multi-dimensional background in emerging technologies, social innovation and arts in New York City, Hong Kong, Berlin and Abu Dhabi, Dorothy aims to guide businesses into a new era of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance). She believes in the company’s philosophy to create a world in which dimensions of the body, mind, spirit, society and planet work together in a holistic approach.

With over 20 years experience in partnerships, business development and marketing, and after successfully launching two new social enterprises for NGOs with corporate partners, Greg joined Dream Impact and focuses on creating exciting cross-sector collaborations and collective impact. With a passion for mediation and Zen stories, Greg authored and self published a series of meditation and mindfulness books. Greg was awarded "Outstanding Award" in the UBS NGO Leadership Programme.

Jonathan specialises in social impact measurement and integrated reporting, facilitating stakeholders to understand the organisational impact of a programme. He is also experienced in consulting and NGO management. With a passion for sustainability and mental health, he also serves as a board director for Fair Trade Hong Kong Foundation and an ambassador for Mind HK.

Damian is a Certified ESG Planner, Design Thinking and Lean Start-Up partitioner, as well as a Certified Transformational and NLP Coach. Prior to joining Dream Impact, he was the in-charge of a Government Public Engagement project that aims to co-create an ideal living environment with the public. He also provided innovative training workshops for public sector, schools and NGOs to enhance creative problem-solving capacity. Damian is passionate about engaging with different sectors to create a greater impact on society.

Anna is a passionate advocate for purpose-driven business, and fostering an inclusive and environmentally friendly workplace. As an affiliate member of the Institute of Environmental Management & Assessment, her diverse background in banking, event planning, and performing arts bring analytical thinking and creativity to managing the ESG Innovation Lab and membership experience for its partners.

A journalist by training, digital marketer by experience, and a proud alumni of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL)'s Sustainable Marketing, Media and Creative course, Samantha sets out to reclaim marketing as a force for change. With extensive experience in leading marketing agencies serving clients in the luxury lifestyle and hospitality space, Samantha is well positioned in driving conversations about responsible and sustainable consumption, as well as accelerating inclusive marketing practice and stakeholder engagement.
